Therapy & Counselling
CarePsych provides treatment and support for a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, stress, anger, and trauma. A number of modalities may be drawn on including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Grief Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and supportive counselling. At CarePsych, your story will be listened to carefully and treatment will be provided in accordance with your individualised plan.
Behaviour Support
As a parent or carer, sometimes we’re faced with challenging or even unsafe behaviours. It can be difficult to manage these behaviours effectively, which can cause stress and negatively impact our relationship with the person we’re caring for. CarePsych provides support in reducing behaviours of concern by developing strategies that target the function of these behaviours.
Employee Assistance Programs
Poor psychological health and wellbeing is the leading cause of sickness absence for Australian workers. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) not only provide care and support for your employees, EAPs can increase business productivity, improve staff retention, and benefit the culture and psychological safety of your business. CarePsych can provide your staff with confidential, effective interventions for a range of professional and personal issues.

Supervision & Peer Consultation
CarePsych offers supervision for provisional psychologists undertaking the 5+1 internship pathway. CarePsych also provides peer consultation to registered psychologists to assist in meeting their registration requirements and providing a high quality service to their clients.
